Former Prime Minister and veteran Congress leader ‘Manmohan Singh’ admitted to AIIMS

NEW DELHI: Former Prime Minister and veteran Congress leader was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi After complaining of fever and weakness. Manmohan Singh had earlier been admitted this year in April after testing positive for coronavirus.

According to the sources the 89 years old former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had a fever on Monday and had recovered from it but experienced weakness and is currently in fluids.

Indian National Congress has tweeted, “The nation collectively prays for the speedy recovery and good health of our dear former Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh.

Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh tweets, “Praying for former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh Ji’s full and speedy recovery.”

“I just learnt that our respected former PM Dr #ManmohanSingh ji is not feeling well. I pray to Akal Purakh for his speedy recovery. Dr Sahib has always been a gem of a human being & someone for whom I always have great admiration & warmth: S. Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Patron, SAD,” tweets Shiromani Akali Dal.
