Goa Congress asks to remove PM Narendra Modi’s hoardings from petrol pumps

GOA: The Goa Congress on Sunday criticized the Centre amidst rising fuel prices and asked to remove hoardings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from petrol pumps.

It seems to that PM is laughing at people distressed from rising petrol, diesel and cooking gas prices says, Goa Congress Chief Girish Chodankar reports, PTI.

P. Chidambaram clearing speculations amidst Goa assembly polls has said that, alliance with any smaller party for Goa assembly polls is only possible if it accepts Congress will be pivot for non-BJP formation.

Chodankar said that, if voted to power his party will be using powers within state government jurisdiction to reduce fuel prices through tax cuts, among others.
