We’ll built ‘Delhi class’ schools in Goa: Arvind Kejrival

GOA: The Chief Minister of Delhi and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal said while interacting with natives of Poriem Assembly constituency that his government would work in the domain of education and other basic amenities, if voted to power.

Kejriwal is on a two-day visit to Goa which is all set for assembly elections in 2022. This is his fourth visit to a poll bound state Goa in recent months.

On November 8, he said while speaking to Mauxi Villagers of Poriem assembly constituency, “We have improved the conditions of govt schools in Delhi so much so, even the students of private schools go there. We’ll build such schools in every village of Goa as well”, reports ANI.

He also promised on providing other basic amenities like ‘mohalla clinics’ for every village free of cost. He also promised granting 3000₹ as an employment allowance.

Kejriwal and his party is trying to expand the base of his party and generate a popular vote bank. Aam Aadmi Party is busy in preparing for the upcoming state assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab Goa, etc in 2022.

The AAP is using its people centric ‘Delhi Model’ in other states too. It is constantly declaring in its election manifestos about providing free electricity, health care and education. This time the manifesto of AAP also includes government sponsored pilgrimages too.

In today’s interaction, he stressed on education sector and building Delhi like government schools. His model of education in Delhi brought appreciation to the party from everywhere, and therefore, same technique is being employed in the state of Goa.

Whether Kejriwal’s efforts at generating vote bank for his party will yield results or not, is to be watched.
