Hyderabad campus of Mahindra University on lockdown

TELANGANA: Today the students and staff members of Mahindra University’s Hyderabad campus located in Medchal-Malkajgiri district of Telangana, tested positive for Covid-19.

Among the 30 patients, 25 are students and 5 are teaching staff of the university. Their symptoms are not serious and they have been insolated in different hospitals.

All 1,700 students of the campus have been asked to isolate themselves at their homes as the campus is witnessing lockdown.

All physical classes have been suspended in the campus and online classes will resume from November 29. The campus will only open after complete sanitization of the entire campus and the hostel.
